I used this for a while so I could post an accurate review . consensus is it's fabulous in every way. Powerful on the high setting, comfortable on low, very quiet at all times. Since I didn't open the box for 9 months I didn't realize a part was missing. Even though so much time had elapsed, with it the ability to request resolution from Revain, a representative from the company itself didn't shut me down. He IMMEDIATELY offered to ship the piece, even including free shipping. Wow I'm REALLY impressed with this company. Great product AND excellent customer service. 👌
