eyeliner kept smearing on my droopy lids until noon. I decided to try the eye primer and I'm so glad I did. it worked! It's night now and all my eye makeup, including the liquid eyeliner, is still in place. And the eyes don't burn from the oil. When I applied makeup over primer, it was a different experience. like a drawing on a matte finish, like on paper.
