These wheels are a significant step LOWER than the original wheels that came with my Kitchen-Aid dishwasher. Trust other negative reviews. Here's what I've experienced: - The wheels aren't high enough, making it difficult to insert/extract the lower basket - The wheels aren't high enough, causing the lower basket to block the lower sprayer, resulting in half-washed dishes - The wheels don't roll well and... mostly just slide - the wheels jump up all the time. Don't waste your time and money ordering these "HEAVY DUTY" wheels. I laughed out loud even typing this - they don't last at all. If you want REFRESH wheels with metal screws, you will have to pay more, and the reviews on this product are also unfavorable.
