Very easy installation, set up and inflation took about 10 minutes. My family and I were amazed at the rigidity of the entire board. I weigh about 200 pounds (91 kg) and at 10psi it feels like concrete, although the maximum recommended pressure is 15psi (pressure information is shown on the panel). Draining was just as easy: just remove the screw cap and press the drain button until it clicks. I rolled it up and put it in my backpack. The paddle consists of 3 parts, one connection is hooked together and the other connection is securely fixed and remains adjustable. Note that the center fin is easier to attach/detach when the board is down. When inflating, connect the hose to the "outlet" port on the pump. Conversely, an "in" connector helps drain the board, but is by no means necessary. It was very easy to just roll up the board. I am very happy with the materials as they are durable and of good quality. With a quick setup and a handy carry bag, I highly recommend this inflatable stand up board.
