You have to have it right in front of you or you won't feel it. I run it for the first time, just filled it with cold water and it works perfectly. I'll try ice cubes next time. The main benefit I see so far is the lack of a filter, unlike the other type I own. As the manual says, no warranty card is included, but I still wouldn't return a $9 item for repair. If it lasts for several months, the purchase is justified. I live in Arizona so will be using this on a computer now in November too. I like the airflow and it's ok.
