These are better than a standard sponge, but not as tenacious as a Eraser pad. You will have to use more force to get the same amount of dirt up from a floor. For the price I am happy with the product. It was as advertised. It arrived as promised, several weeks after I ordered. They shipped from Hong Kong. Makes me wonder if I could have found a huge piece of this foam in the States and cut it up packaged it, and mailed it as cheaply as they did half a world away. Will try to post a photo and better explanation, but if you are looking for an easy to clean or disposable sponge, this is perfect. I use them in swimming pool, aquariums, on glass shower stall, and for filthy windows. They are durable and don't seem to leave so much debris behind, but they are light duty. Mr.Klean eraser pads are denser and takes marks off easier than these. I still think they were a good buy. The jumbo size seems better than the smaller ones.
