The carpet legs didn't fit me at all.
I bought this for a reason to have a scale in my carpeted bedroom. I bought this based on other reviews that said carpet legs work well for them. They didn't fit me at all, registering 20 pounds or more under my actual weight. Finally, I placed a square of ceramic tile on the carpet under the scale. It seems to be working very well. Otherwise it's functional, but you can find plenty of cheaper options (no carpet legs).
