I bought this because of a problem I've had consistently with the Inkbird humidistat and within a few weeks of use this one is doing the exact same thing, only it's doing it more often than the other Inkbird controller. Normally it turns the humidity on at 66% and off at 71% which is what I programmed. However, from time to time it decides to just ignore the 71% reading and keep going forever. The humidity in my lizard enclosure is 95% this morning and it's soggy. I'm not happy about that! Let's go back and try another model. Since two devices from different companies are having the same problem, I have to imagine they are using the same internal hardware or something. I am sending this back and will try the model from REPTI ZOO instead (Update 5/24/21: So far so good with the REPTI Zoo model). I will say that apart from this major issue, it is well made and easy to use. use.
