I like that you can use process maker as an interface with other softwares such as SAP or Dynamics 365 so we don't need two interfaces when using these applications separately! It is very intuitive but sometimes there are bugs which slows down my work flow (sometimes even after restarting).
Sometimes some screens do get stuck if they're too long therefore making me have 2 go through them instead of one at once - this could be solved by having more screen space? Try out PM first before deciding whether its right fit our needs since every situation will differ from each others depending upon what kind software/apps being used within their system etc.. We were looking into creating customisable forms where customers would input all required information needed about themselves then send those data via email directly to us without needing any manual intervention afterwards.
