I like that it's easy to use from both sides (client & server). It is very robust in handling large amounts or volumes across many customers/accounts without issue. We used cloudmatic as part of our infrastructure solution so we didn't have control over how much was charged per month since they handled all billings but once you're setup correctly there are no issues at all using this service provider! Just make sure to communicate clearly up front about what kind if services will be provided before signing any contracts / agreements because not everyone can read an excel sheet!! The support team also takes their time answering questions which makes getting things set-up done faster overall compared other providers where tickets get answered quickly then forgotten when new ones come around. Have someone knowledgeable help guide through setting everything out right. This includes creating profiles for each client account along side.
