I like that it's easy to use from both sides (client & server). It is very robust in handling large amounts or volumes across many customers/accounts without issue. The support team is very responsive. They are always willing to help us solve any issue we encounter. Sometimes it takes a few days before they reply. But that's only because they are busy. The tool itself is pretty good. It has all the features I need. There are some things I wish could be implemented but it's not too hard to do yourself if you need them.
