I really like the back pack! The design inside the backpack is great! There is definitely room to put all your stuff. However, the straps are a little stiff and today I wore my backpack to school for the very first time with my laptop inside and a couple books and now the sides of me neck hurt because that is where the straps were the roughest on. The really stiff straps are the only negative defect about the backpack, but overall a good backpack to buy.
