I cook coquito (Puerto Rican eggnog) every holiday season, starting with Thanksgiving. I planned early and ordered these jams in August. I use wine bottles and cork them. You can check my order history to see that I have ordered these corks before with no problems. When I started preparing my product, I couldn't reseal the bottles. The corks did not go through the capper, which I have done many times. I was eventually able to get ONE in a bottle with great difficulty. When I tried to remove it (for quality control) the cork crumbled from the top. I couldn't get the cork off the bottle. I had to order another cork, a plastic tasting cork which is easy to use and saved the day. I was able to deliver my orders on time for Thanksgiving. These plugs could not be used and caused voltage cancellation.
