First time and it doesn't fully exfoliate my chapped lips and doesn't leave my lips feeling hydrated as others have mentioned. I used it again the next day, Roland seems to have helped a little with dry skin but my lips stayed dry again. I usually use pure shea butter or coconut oil with a little sugar to cleanse my lips and will stick with it. Also when opening. The product came in an unsealed box with no plastic seals or stickers on the product itself. Maybe that's how the company packages it, but it's a bit iffy. Mine didn't look artificial, but who knows. Also, the product itself felt a little too dry, probably because of that.
