Review on learnTrac by Randy Brimmer

The ability to pull together all of our documentation in one place, including emails/meetings etc so that we can easily see what was done when it comes time to submit reports or updates.

Also being able to create quizzes makes things very easy! I wish there were more templates available as well but this isn't really an issue with me since my team has been trained by someone who did have those issues solved already :) We've used Learn Tramp products before without any problems at all - they are extremely reliable and great people too!! So far everything's working perfectly (and quickly!) for us. Our department uses their software every day to keep track of client information from intake through delivery. It helps ensure consistency across departments while also making sure everyone knows where clients stand within each step of their journey.
