For the $15 I paid I think I did a good job. I ordered a size up and I'm glad I did as it runs small. I got the one with the anchors and the material was flimsy. You need a note. Also, the material is similar to that of a kite, just not as hard and uncomfortable. I couldn't think of any other way to describe it. But it's definitely not cotton. Anyway, it's comfortably cool and looks cute.
