Review on 💧 Culligan FM 15RA Replacement Filter Cartridge: Ensuring Optimal Water Filtration by Lagant Wardrick

I've bought a lot of these and was a big fan of them until recently. I don't know if another company was brought in to make them for Culligan or something, but they are misshapen. I ordered one and there was a gap where the widest part of the filter meets the knot on the faucet which causes the water to flow out there and not filter. I thought maybe this is my assembly so I put the old one in and it snapped tight. I contacted Revain and they sent me another one and asked me to return the broken one. I had the exact same problem when I replaced it. I contacted Revain again to see if I was unlucky and was informed that they had received several complaints about these filters. I gave up and got a comparable Brita version. I don't like their faucet adapter design as much as Culligan's, but it filters water with no leaks, so that's it.
