Customer Service in solving technical problems, easy to use and it's a cloud based software which provides me ease of access to all the needed information. Not much so far, however, I love the concept of the system, so the features will evolve as we move into the future. I think it's a great system for a very cost effective solution. So far, I haven't encountered any problems that haven't been easily resolved and for a solution to be so simple to use it helps make a good impression. I'm able to view the data I need at my convenience. I like that it is very easy to set up your own rewards program for employees or customers of any size; even with multiple departments using one account you can still have separate reward tiers/levels per department! There are several things we wish were more flexible but they do not get in our way - great product overall!! We use this software as an employee recognition tool so its flexibility makes onboarding easier than ever before (for both new hires AND existing ones).
