Review on Precision Sliding T Bevel with 10-inch 📐 Blade: Accurate and Versatile Tool for Angle Measurement by Joe Jordan

I am currently working on wood with constant odd angles so I thought this tool would make the job easier. I rightly wanted to enjoy this tool for its potential but the threaded inner hole SECTION on day one which is definitely disappointing given the price of the item and its lifespan. Yes, stripped threads might be user error (to me personally it seemed like I even tightened them a little), but for less than half a day's work? A little confused as to how long this was supposed to take as one of the two moving components was taken apart before my 9:30 lunch break. Torn between ordering a second one and giving it a second chance or cutting my losses. Don't let my review influence your purchase of this item, I hope I received a faulty item and that's why it just didn't last long. (You can still see the inner striped thread attached to the handle.)
