The product has been deployed quite successfully within our organization over several years now without any major issues or failures reported by end users (as far as I know).
There are no specific complaints about this software with regards to its use from an operational perspective at least so that's good news! They offer great customer care services too which makes it all worth while when you have problems/questions along these lines - they respond promptly almost always resolving your problem very satisfactorily if not exactly how we want but still better than nothing sometimes :) Their pricing model can be confusing since there seems like some hidden costs involved even though everything was explained well enough during sales discussions before signing up etc., however once installed their technical team does come around regularly updating us regarding new features implemented after initial launch making things easier overall especially given the fact most customers will never need those updates directly.
