I believe that it is good that they have an option for SaaS users as well. It makes things a little easier for customers who are not familiar with how to install software on servers. We also like that its easy for administrators to manage and update the service. There isn't much that I dislike about the product. The only minor thing that I can think of is that sometimes it doesn't work right away when you first try to use it. When you first log in, it will take a few seconds before it starts working properly. Also, if the user has been inactive for a period of time, there will be an issue where the page just freezes up. When this happens, the administrator must manually restart the server itself. This is helpful in cases where the web server isn't responding.
