As an experienced user of infant supplies, I had great hopes for Babygoal, but I was disappointed to find that they did not live up to my expectations. Even though they have a large variety of products to choose from, the quality of the things I ordered was below my expectations. The construction of the cloth diapers was subpar, and the fasteners frequently became dislodged from their positions. My back endured unnecessary strain due to the fact that the infant carrier I purchased was not only unsupportive but also uncomfortable. In addition to this, I had a hard time navigating their website, and the customer service representatives were not very helpful when I contacted them with my inquiries and concerns. Their delivery was extremely sluggish and unreliable, which resulted in unneeded delays in my ability to receive my purchases. As an advanced user, I have high standards for both the products and the customer support I receive, and Babygoal did not meet my expectations in either regard. Their prices may be enticing, but due to a lack of quality and assistance, they are not a good option for advanced users. Anyone who is searching for high-quality infant supplies should not get them from Babygoal in my opinion.
