Out of order. I followed the instructions to lower the resolution until there was an image on the TV, but nothing. Very disappointed, looking forward to using it! I'm an IT pro so I know what I'm doing but this thing just went wrong I'm sure it would have been 5 stars if it worked. TO UPDATE. The company apologized and offered me a free one that would work. I do have another one though, but I appreciate her honesty and directness with me.
