It is very easy for someone who knows nothing about online business management or marketing tools such as Salesforce etc., but has an understanding that if something goes wrong they can easily correct it themselves without technical help from IT people! The interface/user-friendly side makes things easier than other platforms I have used in my career (ie Google Apps).
