How to install the memory card

I'm adding this for those who have trouble finding the micro-SD card slot and inserting the memory card.Open the bottom door using a tiny screwdriver. Remove the door gently, remembering there is a tiny speaker wired into the door that remains connected to the unit.so you can only lift the door up about 1 inch. Ordered same product a year later and totally different

Ordered one in 2019, worked great. Ordered another using buy again and a different product was supplied, you have another app and it doesn't connect to my Wi-Fi right. Was wanting to add another camera like the other. Guess another batch from overseas. Pretty disappointed.

It is ridiculous , an Brand new SD card inserted not working either! Even I follow the step to format the SD card still no work! I saw the reviews, most buyers have same problem as me, WTF! excellent product for my opinion

This is just a perfect product that you need for your house, you can activate it anytime you want from your cell phone and monitoring the situation around your house, and you don't have to pay for the security company monthly payment, and you got totally control of what your surveillance. Strongly recommend it at this time. You and your family's safety are the priority of the top one!

Great camera for home security

This camera is amazing. Great quality and easy to install. It's exceeds my expectation. I installed this at my front foor. It clearly records all the movement in the "main" door, really piece of mind. Overall a great camera so far.

Bought three cameras and all three had different firmware/applications to view or manage. eSmart, YCC365 Plus and 360Eye plus. Very disappointing.

Great for the price

It was fairly easy to set up. The trouble I had was entirely my fault since I didn’t read the instructions all the way through. I like that i can view the camera from my phone and I like that it has two way audio. Will probably order another one in the future

Decent, but motion detection is shotty.

I needed a camera to overlook our backyard and pool area. I wanted one with motion detection and this has motion detection, but so far I can't get it to detect people in the backyard. Only birds and a tree branch that is near by. I'm going to trim some branches tomorrow and try putting the camera lower and see if that helps with the motion detection. The instructions were fine, I installed it in about 5 minutes. The picture quality is good. The audio is good. The price was great. I'm not sure…

Camera is great! Software, not so much

Camera just needs its wall wart, included. Wirelessly connects to an access point. 2.4 gig only, same wifi as phone running the software. eSmartCam panning is jumpy. The audio from the camera and through the software sounds hollow, as if a tunnel.

Keeps Disconnecting

Please do not get this camera.you will have to keep reconnecting this to the network in order to get it to work. if it goes out while sleeping, out will not have and security, weather motion or continuations recording. also this camera was only 5 foot from router.

Instructions Very Small Print

The camera was a easy setup for the most part. Sharing with another phone was a bit tricky. Over all a very nice product.
