The device itself is indeed heavy and appears to be well made. First of all, the general impression of the foot massager is that it has an open design, so you don't have to worry about not being able to fit your feet in some other massagers. Especially if you have wider feet and you don't like the option you want, you can vibrate the machine on the rubber pad. Overall I enjoy using this foot massager 😊
