Braun BT3020 stopped working after a few months
Bought this trimmer and it worked fine for the first 2 months then stopped working altogether. When I plug it in, the green light is on and it's charging, but I can't get it to work at all. It's completely dead. No matter what key I press, it doesn't respond. They say "Lifetime Warranty" but this one only lasted 2 months. I can't return it or get another one because the return date has already passed. My only option is to NEVER BUY ANY BRAUN PRODUCT AGAIN.
