First of all the app doesn't work so don't think you can print from your mobile device. This only applies to PCs/laptops. It also stopped working with an online connection after a few weeks. Then the direct connection stopped working. I called tech support and they said to remove and reinstall the device. It worked when connected again, but I had to do it every time to print anything. Also, the paper doesn't quite fit in the tray and needs to be tilted up to avoid loading too many pages at once. If you have more than five, they keep getting stuck and you have to remove them from the printer. Unfortunately after the initial problems I stayed with him and was not able to get a refund. I will most likely throw it away and get a new one after less than half a year of frustration. Please find another printer and don't waste money on endless troubleshooting.
