It should be called a mini fan

This is more of a fan than a mini air conditioner or cooler. I actually turned on the fan and the cooler at the same time and the difference is minimal. Also, as other reviews have mentioned, the water runs out quickly, requiring you to refill every 3-4 hours if not less often. I am definitely not satisfied with this product. Many Thanks,
