Review on External sound card BEHRINGER U-PHORIA UMC22 by Bi i Dng (MC) ᠌

Everything is fine, there are only minor drawbacks.

As a result, for your money - an excellent device, it is quite possible to start collecting your own budget stack of equipment from it (if there is no money at all, but you really want to make music very much) - it is quite possible. Drivers from Ploytec 2.8.45 are the best choice available. Has some pros 1) Price 2) For its price, it has the necessary set of functions for recording, for example, home demos. Pleasant, non-staining and almost scratch-free metal case. 3) Once again, if anyone does not understand: the price. Cons: No matter how you are assured that installing the right firewood will save you from noise at the inputs - do not believe a single word. Yes, on a "clear sound" my guitar sounds great, like glass. But as soon as you turn the gain potentiometers (on any of the ports) by more than 70% (or, God forbid, wrap the guitar sound with overdrive effects!) - a vile noise appears, smeared in an equal layer over the entire frequency range, amplifying and changing its frequency, by turning the potentiometers. (noise at 450-550 kHz is especially strong, which is very unpleasant for working with a guitar). I'm not a particularly engineer, but something tells me that the Chinese did a very bad job either shielding, or powering such equipment from USB is a dubious idea. In fairness, it must be said that you can (partially) get rid of this noise on the recording with plug-ins for cleaning noise . (Well, so that it is enough for a home demo. If you want to record something more serious on THIS - I have bad news for you .)
