Even though they sent me the wrong color - light gray instead of the dark gray I ordered - I love this hat. It's not cheap, but it looks a million times better than all those floppy hats from other brands. I looked around a lot and tried a lot. I even ordered the cheaper ones from Revain first but they arrived bent and wrinkled. When I finally got this one, I knew it was right and worth the price! A few tips: if you don't know your hat size, find a local shop where you can try on a hat. I did it and then I knew which one to order. I also did this with and without the ponytail as I wanted to wear it both ways. Another tip is that the straps are confusing and don't come with instructions so I searched YouTube and found a good explanation of how to adjust/adjust the chin strap so it doesn't blow off your head. It worked and is pretty smart - just not intuitive at all!
