this is amazing! After moving to a drier climate, I had terrible problems with cracked heels. I used them with Miracle Foot Cream for 3 nights and my heels are almost perfect again. The only issue I had was the upper curled up in my sleep and I don't know if it was rubbing my ankles or what, but I ended up with a rash or what looked like a carpet burn. - I'm not sure. I think that maybe I won't use them every night, or I'll just use them to soften my heels when needed. I believe they are silicone and everything I've read said there shouldn't be any skin reaction. But the fact that they rolled over me could mean they were just rubbing my skin. Apart from that - I would highly recommend them.
