I was really hoping this would help my dry heels. The first time I put them on I only lasted about 20 minutes because they were so tight. I was hoping it would get better after a few uses but eventually gave up and threw them away. I'm 7ft tall so not sure how people with big feet can use them.

Once you get used to wearing them, they are worth it. I have had fairly rough wound healing and arch pain since having 4 children. My plantar fasciitis is in full bloom. I received it yesterday. My feet hurt after being in them all day (with good orthotics mind you) and I put them on and change shoes for a few more hours. My pain was gone when I went to bed. I am very happy with them.

So comfortable it can be worn overnight over a heavy, unscented moisturizer to hydrate heels, or all day for support (cracked heels ) may hurt when walking).

Used after applying Healthy Feet lotion before bed. It did a lot more to trap the moisture from the lotion on my heals. It helped a lot. I wouldn't wear them for a walk if you apply healing ointment first. They slip easily.

I use them to cover my heels when I put moisturizer on them. They work great and if you put socks on when you wake up at night you have really good heels to match the sandals.

Very effective but they stick to sheets etc. Instead I've only worn them during the day and now my heels are shiny and smooth.

this is amazing! After moving to a drier climate, I had terrible problems with cracked heels. I used them with Miracle Foot Cream for 3 nights and my heels are almost perfect again. The only issue I had was the upper curled up in my sleep and I don't know if it was rubbing my ankles or what, but I ended up with a rash or what looked like a carpet burn. - I'm not sure.
