This wedge was so great I bought two. One for the upper back and one for the legs. My lower back pain was relieved immediately. The foam was soft yet firm, cooling and comfortable. I like that you can adjust the height. Big problem but I've had them for exactly a month and use them every night and now the foam is breaking down. It's soft and there's an obvious indentation where my body lies. Because of this failure, my back is not supported and my pain is returning. I have been living with this pain for over 10 years and it has been the best summer ever due to the relief. I'm so scared of going back to that person, I was hurt. These pillows are expensive and I'd like to say they're worth it even for the month I've had relief, but that's actually ridiculous and not true.
