It fits snugly but will fit the iPad Pro 12.9.

The iPad 12.9 is a bit tight at first and ONLY works if you use a basic flip case. Nothing more than a device. This case is well made and I thought it could withstand a lot of abuse. Nice, light, tight straps. main handle. No regrets, very minimal profile.
