DISCOVER MY FIRST REVAIN REVIEW. I'm usually less busy reviewing a product I buy from Revain, but the PureGuardian dehumidifier caught my eye, so I'll give it my attention. I'm giving it one star because it seriously worked for a day. Everything worked and worked the first day! I used it as soon as I got it in the mail and within 2 hours there was water in the tank and everything was fine in The Revain. BUT the next day nothing was picked up, I moved to the living room, left it on for 4 hours, checked again. NOTHING. Finally used in the bathroom after a hot shower and again. NADA. This product is very noisy (sounds like a turbine engine) and its green light is so bright that I woke up one evening thinking maybe I was waking up disoriented because the green hue was lighting up the room so brightly that I quickly panicked. that I could be the victim of an alien abduction scene from some shitty Hollywood movie. I wanted something moderately quiet for my closet, but my neighbors probably thought I ran a hair salon because that noise is the equivalent of a blow dryer at full blast. I wish I had never made this purchase and I knew it was a sketchy purchase when I looked at a review of the product on YouTube HSN and the hostess asked the other woman representing the product if that was piling up in the tank Water due to 20 minutes to use it. that's when my first red flag came up. I fell in love with her and that's why I'm writing this review so you don't have to. Please.
