As you've read all the other reviews installation is a breeze, if you have a window ready to shade, simply snap it into place and slide the 4 window latches to the closed position , and you're done. After a few days I noticed that the folds were bunching up like an accordion, I left the window blind 1/2 open. So the top doesn't want to stay neatly folded?!
