Quality brake rotors and includes quality bolts.
I bought a set of these to replace an uneven no-name rotor on an ebike which was causing brake stutter and unacceptably long braking distances.Though the shipping packaging Best Buy used gave me cause for concern about the rotors getting damaged since it didn't offer any meaningful protection, they were flat, of consistent thickness and finish.
Plus they included quality bolts with Lock-tite already applied!Best Buy really needs to ship products like this in protective packaging, like a carton, instead of a flimsy envelop.
