It works but thick substance makes the syringe useless.

First time using this product, and it seems to work for polishing but unable to use the syringe.
The substance is nearly solid and I have to take the back off the syringe and scrap it from that end. I feel like the product should have some viscosity to it but since its my first time using it, will order a different kind and compare the results.
