Only leak proof when closed
This is a great little water bottle, but it's not leak proof. It is only tight when closed. As soon as you open the straw from above, it is no longer airtight. I originally bought this for my daughter to use at night. She is only 2 years old but her regular spill proof cups leak in her bed at night so I usually use a bottle of water for her at night. Hey my old water bottle broke and I decided to try this one. Unfortunately I can't use it on her at night. π
