I knew that for the price this was not going to be a luxury item. That’s the only reason it’s getting 3 stars- because the price is so cheap. It is literally only acceptable as a duvet insert. The cover fabric ridiculously thin and the stitching is already starting to come undone, just out of the box. It’s very, very thin and flat. I only bought this because I purchased a duvet cover that I really loved, which was several inches larger in every direction than the king sized goose down duvet I’ve used for years. I could not find an actual goose down replacement with the right dimensions so I bought this as a stopgap until I could. I don’t think it would last through many washes, altho hopefully using it just as an insert means I won’t have to wash it very often. Also, it claims to have tabs to tie to the cover, which was another reason I chose this over another model, but it does not. After sleeping under it for an evening, I'm editing this to take out a star because it made my nice duvet cover feel not as nice. It's very very flat, thin and lifeless.
