I would suggest you all about using such chatbots apps if you want to improve customer engagement rate. There are times, we feel like talking directly to our customers but do not have enough patience. Through conversational bots, an individual is able to talk with other people remotely. This is quite helpful when speaking to someone who isn't physically near us. I like that it is easy to use, it's very intuitive and simple to understand. It has a great user interface. The bot is able to interact with my customers in an efficient way. I have not found anything yet that I dislike about the product. I would recommend this tool to anyone who needs a chatbot for their business. I'm using it to communicate with my customers in order to provide them with the best service possible.
