The first time, after carefully reading the instructions and some trial and error, I turned this on and worked fine. Next time (a few weeks later, no change in conditions, safe storage) I couldn't get it to turn on at all. The instructions say to unplug, restart, test and try again, but no matter what combination of moves (just a reset, or a test and reset, or the outlets I use, unplug each time and plug it back in the power doesn't come back this seems to be a problem for others as well the instructions then just say to return it to an authorized dealer I went back to my 35 year old GE Super-Pro.
