I change and balance tires on my bike myself. I bought this lube for obvious reasons. If you are not a shop, there will be a lot of goods. But it's one of those things that you almost never have to buy again because you have so many of them. I think it's available at many auto parts stores, but that's exactly what I was looking for. Kind of for certain reasons so I ordered it from Amazon. Basically I have a Nomar spoon and I "just dip the tip" into this jug and then flip the hoops over. If you change tires I think you need this.
