Wrong item in correct packaging
My BW water heater has failed. I ordered part number 08130. The packaging was marked 08130. The upper thermostat was part 08143. How does it work? Worse, I paid $9 more for the Camco parts than the BW parts because the Camco would arrive a day early. So much for this plan. See photo. The part doesn't even match the diagram that is on the FRONT AND BACK of the box (see image). I'm looking forward to the next cold shower tomorrow.
