It hurts to write a bad review on this product as it really is a high quality product. However, this mount offers no alignment at all once installed. So you better bring the mount to perfection, because then it is what it is. We found out the hard way. On our first try, as I was threading the link nuts into the studs, I must have had a little vibrating motion here and there to move things slightly, causing things to be a fraction of an inch out of level. Raise our 75 inch TV and it will appear. I had to start from scratch! I highly recommend pre-drilling pilot holes in the bolts first so the tightened nuts don't vibrate at an entry point other than the desired one. I did that on my second try, which seemed to help a bit (with the addition of 6 more holes in the wall). But it still makes absolutely no sense that there isn't a post-install alignment in this mount that would easily make those small adjustments. Most people who install them aren't professionals, and other Mounting Dream TV mounts I've bought had this simple feature that makes a world of difference for us DIYers.
