These dividers are an easy way to organize large drawers and I love that they are tall so they fit into deeper drawers. We installed two of these in our kitchen where all the baby cups are, and now the cups aren't all jumbled up, they're all lined up neatly. The springs are very strong, so you need to be careful when installing them. . On the other hand, the tension keeps the baffles from moving after they are installed. The rubber grommets on the ends of the partition also help with this. A word of caution: since they have a lot of tension, make sure the box you plan to put them in has strong walls; Otherwise, these dividers can easily break or bend on the sides of the drawer.
