My case fits with the exception that the top does not stay on the lid. I haven't started using these yet besides some initial page numbering, but first impressions. The paper in these is cream-colored. It is smooth (hot press?), not a lot of tooth, and feels similar to your standard notebook or loose leaf. My black gel ink doesn't bleed through, but is visible from the opposite side. This is a well build piece of equipment. I feel completely confident that it won’t fail and that is important in any piece of home gym equipment. I purchased a 8ft 2x8 and 16 3 inch lag screws to mount this to. Cut the board into 4 equal 38 inch boards (there will be some left over) and mount to your studs. I mounted the 4 included hooks using 2 1/2 inch lag screws. Please note that the included hardware for mounting is for concrete/ brick applications only. Not for me. I have long, fine hair that's been thinning on top for years. It's not terrible, but you can see enough of my scalp that I'm uncomfortable.
