I like that they are very responsive to my requests for changes/updates as well as their ability to work with me in order to find solutions together. They were able to help us create an engaging logo which we could use both online and offline (print materials). The process was seamless from start-to-finish so it didn't feel overwhelming at any time during our engagement. We had some minor issues but nothing too major or difficult about resolving them. It's been great having someone who knows what they're doing behind this project - not only has helped keep costs down and get things done faster than expected, but also made sure everything looks good!
