For larger feet for my opinion
Great idea. Used for an entire week of one hour fast paced walks prior to review. It did help stop repeated blisters on my outside heel area. Wondering if you need to have a larger foot so the cup doesn't ride up to ankle after 30 min. Also, suggest using with a sneaker that has room to easily push your foot (with sock over the heel cup) into the shoe. Seems like there should be a smaller size alternative. It has helped.
